Internship dates: January 5th to April 23th , 2027.

Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Your contribution to the Industrial Management team will allow you to discover the various functions associated with the development of new engine programs as well as the associated processes. You will be called upon to support the production readiness organization.

The position is based at our 1000 Marie-Victorin Blvd, Longueuil, QC, J4G 1A1, Canada location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Your internship will consist of carrying out mini-projects that will support this organization. Among the projects to be completed, the following tasks will be done: documenting the processes and performance indicators, programming interfaces (PBI, Excel, Access) in connection with the processes and KPIs, re-organizing the data management structure of the organization, automate certain tasks (SAP, Excel and Microsoft Power BI links, Access, etc.

The list of mini-projects will be reviewed throughout the internship with the supervisor of the Industrial Management organization.

What do you need to be successful?

Must haves:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursue studies in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Physics Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written). English is an asset.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
  • Project management skills.
  • Skills in written communication and power point presentations.
  • Knowledge of VBA programming and the Microsoft Office suite.

Assets:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of process reengineering and performance indicators

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
