Internship dates: January 5 to April 23, 2027

Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Why join our team?

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team whose members come from both the commercial and technical aspects of the business. As part of this team you will learn the basics of gas turbine engine operation as well as the commercial, environmental and technical issues that impact engine operating costs.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the team's digital tools and databases.
  • Developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards, Excel models, and reporting tools.
  • Participating in automation initiatives aimed at reducing manual activities and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Organizing, archiving, and structuring data, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Contributing to the standardization of processes and the development of technical documentation and work instructions.
  • Performing data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the duration of the internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Be pursuing a degree in engineering, computer science, software engineering, industrial engineering, data science, or a related discipline.
  • Be bilingual in English and French.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with VBA, Power Query, SQL, Python, or similar tools would be considered an asset.

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
