Internship details
Internship dates: August 31 to December 18, 2026
Location: 7007 Chemin De La Savane, BLDG H05 Factory, Saint-Hubert, QC, Canada
Schedule: On-site 5 days a week; Monday to Friday, from 6:30 to 15:00.

What will your day-to-day look like?
- Manage employees in a unionized environment by working closely with the supervisor (ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assign tasks, act as a resource person for the department, apply the rules of the collective agreement).
- Act as an agent of prevention and compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
- Take charge and deploy strategies to reduce non-quality.
- Take charge of projects (layout, health and safety, environment, productivity, etc.) allowing for the continuous improvement of the department.
What do you need to be successful?
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- French language (advanced level: spoken and written).
- Currently pursuing studies in Engineering, Human Resources (HR) or Operations and Production Management (OPM).
- Mastery of basic office software (mainly: Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
Assets
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Autonomy, leadership, sense of priorities, initiative and diplomacy.
- Experience in manufacturing, lean manufacturing, SAP software, experience in change management.
