Summary

As an Organizational Development and Training Intern, you will actively contribute to supporting initiatives aimed at improving employee skills and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training needs analysis
• Contribute to the design and updating of training content (presentations, guides, tools)
• Assist with coordination and logistics of training activities
• Support the implementation of organizational development projects
• Help collect and analyze data (training evaluations, surveys, etc.)
• Participate in the continuous improvement of training programs

Requirements

• Education in a relevant program (e.g., Human Resources, Administration, Education, etc.)
• Strong interest in people development and learning
• Good communication skills (French required, English required)
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Autonomy, initiative and ability to work in a team
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
