Human Resources Intern

Under the supervision of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), the Human Resources Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The primary objective of the internship will be to assist the organization in its compliance efforts with Quebec's Law 25, including the review, optimization, and digitization of employee personnel files.

Human Resources Operations Support

• Support the HRBP in the daily management of HR activities.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and ensure appropriate administrative follow-up.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR information systems.
• Prepare various HR documents, including letters, employment confirmations, and internal communications.

HR Compliance and Governance (Primary Internship Project)

• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Law 25 compliance requirements.
• Participate in the digitization and optimization of employee personnel files.
• Help ensure adherence to internal policies regarding confidentiality and the protection of personal information.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform any other related duties in support of the Human Resources department as assigned.
