Responsibilities:

• Ensure the achievement of productivity and quality objectives, in addition to ensuring that human and material resources are used effectively;
• Supervise a team of approximately 25 employees;
• Ensure that occupational health and safety rules and procedures are respected;
• Ensure the management and development of your team;
• Actively participate in work planning and organization meetings;
• Create and maintain harmonious and effective relationships with your team and other departments of the company.

Desired profile

• DEC in administration or other relevant discipline
• 5 years of experience in team management
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Leadership
• Excellent communicator and good team spirit
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools, an asset
• Bilingualism, an asset
• Customer oriented
• Ability to define priorities
• Ability to delegate
