Your responsibilities:

• Exercise engaging leadership, consistent with the company's vision, values, and objectives.
• Mobilize and supervise your team to achieve operational objectives and meet deadlines, even in a high-pressure context.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate results and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Plan and distribute workloads while tracking the individual performance of unionized employees.
• Support and coach a team of 15 to 25 employees to foster individual skill development and career progression.
• Promote continuous improvement by applying structured problem-solving methods.
• Identify, document, and standardize key processes to improve operational efficiency and goal achievement.
• Foster knowledge sharing, the spread of best practices, and inter-team collaboration.

Skills profile:

• You have team management experience in a unionized environment, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace sector.
• You demonstrate solid skills in team management and mobilization.
• You show leadership, judgment, and flexibility, and are capable of making decisions and acting autonomously.
• You are results-oriented, know how to manage priorities, and are comfortable working under pressure while respecting tight deadlines.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You master Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
• You are fluent in both French and English, orally and in writing.
