Job Description
We are looking for an MCC Supervisor to play a central role in technical operations. This position is a unique opportunity for a licensed mechanic looking to evolve into a strategic role, at the heart of a cutting-edge technological environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the technical dispatch of aircraft in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Approve MEL deviations proposed by technicians or pilots.
- Manage critical situations (AOG, delays) and coordinate necessary resources.
- Maintain constant communication with technical and operational departments.
- Produce reports on fleet status and performance indicators.
- Provide technical support to maintenance technicians and pilots.
Qualifications
- College diploma in aircraft maintenance technology or equivalent
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license - category M2 (mechanical or avionics)
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, AMOS)
- Availability for day and night shifts
- Bilingualism (French/English) - Spanish is an asset
