Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Operations management, the production supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising aircraft repair and retouching activities on the assembly line. Their mission is to manage an aircraft assembly team and ensure that interventions are carried out on time, respecting quality, safety and efficiency standards.

Your challenges:

• Organize production activities and manage a team of approximately 20 workers, to meet forecasts and maximize available resources;

• Coordinate aircraft repair and retouching interventions, according to production priorities and customer needs;

• Ensure that work complies with technical specifications and company quality standards;

• Collaborate closely with other departments to resolve technical and logistical problems;

• Provide technical support to your team, and ensure they have the necessary skills;

• Analyze performance data and implement continuous improvement plans to optimize processes;

• Prepare and present progress reports and performance indicators to management.

Your profile:

• Academic background: Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or any other relevant field.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a manufacturing or aeronautical environment.

Specific requirements:

• Understanding of manufacturing or repair processes in an industrial environment.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google suite, Power BI and/or any other data visualization tool;

• Sense of organization, proactivity and excellent ability to solve problems in emergency situations;

• Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop a team;

• Proficiency in French and ideally English.

The position is a combination of office work and presence on the factory floor, in direct contact with production teams. Strict adherence to health and safety rules is essential.
