Nolinor is looking for a cabin crew supervisor. This role is aimed at someone who knows our operations, understands the reality on the ground, and is ready to take on a concrete leadership role. The length of the engagement is open to discussion — permanent position or contract — depending on the candidate's profile and aspirations.
This is not an administrative position. It is a role of presence, influence and engagement. The successful candidate will be the link between management and the cabin crew: they will explain, bring people together and take action.
Responsibilities
- Mobilize and unite the team: create an environment of trust and belonging. Ensure each member feels heard, valued and informed. Put team spirit back at the center.
- Be present on the ground: meet with teams, understand their operational challenges and intervene at the right time. This role is lived on the floor, not behind a screen.
- Bridge management and the field: communicate decisions clearly and with context. Explain the reasons behind choices, demystify and maintain an open dialogue between the two levels of the organization.
- Take initiative and structure your actions: identify issues, establish an action plan, prioritize and implement measures. We expect someone who determines what needs to be done and moves it forward.
- Support cabin team management: assist the deputy cabin director with performance follow-up, evaluations, onboarding new members and ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures.
Desired skills
- Leadership: influence and guide the team by example and credibility.
- Engagement: foster collective commitment and a sense of belonging.
- Interpersonal communication: adapt your message, name issues clearly and maintain an open dialogue.
- Initiative: identify issues, propose concrete solutions and take action.
- Relationship management: build trust, navigate team dynamics and defuse tensions.
Requirements
Cabin crew certification is not required. What matters is knowledge of Nolinor operations, leadership ability and the capacity to act.
- Knowledge of Nolinor operations or a similar operational environment.
- Leadership by influence: ability to mobilize, unite and set clear expectations.
- Initiative and organizational skills in a constantly changing environment.
- Clear and direct communication, including in delicate conversations.
- Rigour, good judgement and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Alignment with Nolinor's values: safety, team spirit, adaptability and solution orientation.
- Being bilingual (French and English) to communicate effectively with employees across different bases.
