The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for a Methods Supervisor to join our Methods team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.

Your challenges:
Exercise leadership in alignment with the company's vision and values;
Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and engage your team to meet strict deadlines;
Manage team performance using KPIs;
Define strategies and evolution for ground testing;
Take ownership of the ground testing troubleshooting process; (ou : "Act as the lead for...")
Identify production needs and optimize processes (Eliminate non-value-added activities);
Define requirements and develop the manufacturing plan, including: Training and qualification, Tooling, Manufacturing, and Ground testing;
Ensure consistency between engineering specifications and test procedure authoring;
Participate in benchmarking and best practices to drive progression toward world-class standards;
Coach your team (10-15 employees) to develop their talent within the organization.
Your boarding pass:
Hold engineering degree, academic and/or technical training in aerospace or management with approximately ten (10) years of experience;
Demonstrate leadership, good judgment, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimum supervision;
Have successfully managed technical projects to ensure optimal product industrialization;
Possess strong interpersonal skills.
