MRO Engine Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all engine repair line operations at Campus 5 during the weekend shift.

The position is based at our Saint-Hubert location and involves a weekend shift (30.5 hours).
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Supervise repair/overhaul operations in a high technology industry.
- Motivate and energize the workforce to reach an optimal level of employee engagement.
- Responsible for main performance indicators: Health & Safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, etc.
- Help develop and manage the budget and hiring.
- Supervise work shift changes.
- Host and take part in meetings with other managers.
What do you need to be successful?
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supervising employees in the manufacturing sectors.
- Knowledge and experience with aftermarket repair and inspection processes in the aviation industry (asset).
- At least a college degree/DEC in aeronautics or another related field (engineering is an asset).
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, groups, projects and/or processes.
- Must be quality oriented and committed to providing quality services in a demanding environment.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Able to meet customer requirements while maintaining the highest quality of work.
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to interact with various Campus 5 groups.
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand some specialized work instructions, drawings and technical terms that may come from international organizations.
