Logistics and Procurement Supervisor

As part of our operations in Canada, AAA Canada is looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Supervisor to support the operations of one of our clients, a major player in the aerospace industry in Mirabel, Quebec.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising activities related to plant logistics and procurement, while ensuring effective management of your team and operational priorities.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities related to logistics and procurement;
• Ensure team management, including work organization, task distribution, and leave management;
• Coordinate priorities to effectively meet the operational needs of the plant;
• Perform first-level validation of supplies;
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and rigorous monitoring of activities;
• Collaborate with the various supply chain teams;
• Mobilize and support team members in achieving objectives;
• Participate in any other related task necessary for the smooth operation of operations.

The job description grants the supervisor authority over team management and first-level supply validation.

Profile Sought

• DEP or DEC in logistics, or equivalent training;
• Experience in a similar position including personnel management;
• Experience in the aerospace industry;
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite and ERP/MRP systems;
• Excellent organizational, initiative, and decision-making skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Leadership and ability to mobilize a team;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
