Type: Full-time, permanent

In this role, you will:

Demonstrate leadership while upholding the company's vision and values;
Be able to work under pressure and engage your team to meet strict deadlines;
Manage your team's performance using KPIs;
Manage workload and individual performance of unionized employees;
Ensure continuous improvement, notably through the application of problem-solving processes;
Coach your team (15–25 employees) to develop their talent within the organization;
Identify, document and standardize key processes that lead to achieving objectives;
Optimize knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization;

Experience in management within a unionized environment, ideally in manufacturing or aerospace;
Excellent management skills;
Strong leadership, judgment and flexibility; able to work with minimal supervision;
Results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure and with a sense of urgency;
Strong communication skills;
Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement;
Fluent in French and English;
