Job description

• Shift: Evening
• 37.5-40 hours work week
• Unionized environment
• Looking for motivated, meticulous, and detail-oriented people, focused on quality
• Luxury product
• Sometimes artisanal work
• Our Production Supervisor - Painting (evening) will have as main mission to develop and mobilize the members of his team. While continuously improving work processes, he will have to structure operational activities to meet the expected results of his department. His team will be composed of between 20 and 30 people

Your profile:

As an ideal candidate,

• Professional or college training in a technical field, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing management in a unionized environment & experience in automotive painting;
• Good understanding of the Office suite;
• Mastery of continuous improvement management methods (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
