Responsibilities:

• Ensure the achievement of productivity and quality objectives in addition to ensuring that human and material resources are used efficiently;
• Supervise a work team of approximately 25 employees;
• Ensure that health and safety rules and procedures at work are respected;
• Ensure the management and development of your team;
• Actively participate in work planning and organization meetings;
• Create and maintain harmonious and effective relationships with your team and other departments of the company.

Candidate profile

• DEC in administration or other relevant discipline
• 5 years of team management experience
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Leadership
• Excellent communicator and good team spirit
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools, an asset
• Bilingualism, an asset
• Customer oriented
• Know how to define priorities
• Know how to delegate
