We are looking for a Quality Coordinator – Evening Shift to supervise the activities of a quality team within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise, mobilize, and support a team of 15 to 25 unionized employees.
- Manage workload, individual performance, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with quality objectives, deadlines, and internal procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Develop employee skills through coaching and guidance.
- Standardize processes and promote sharing of best practices.
- Ensure compliance with quality, compliance, and safety requirements.
