About the Mandate
Do you want to evolve in a high-precision manufacturing environment and directly contribute to product quality? This mandate will allow you to play a key role in CMM inspection and programming activities within a dynamic quality team.
As a CMM Quality Support Technician, you will intervene at various stages of the production cycle to ensure part compliance, support operational teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections (FAI)
- Analyze measurement results and validate part compliance according to specifications
- Interpret 2D/3D technical drawings and GD&T tolerances
- Support production and quality teams in problem-solving
- Participate in quality investigations and non-conformance analysis
- Ensure traceability and documentation of inspections
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection processes
Job Requirements
- College Diploma (DEC) in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CMM programming and/or operation
- Quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 standard and GD&T principles
- Good ability to read technical blueprints (2D and 3D)
- Rigour, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities
Assets
- Experience with Zeiss CMM (Calypso software)
- Experience in visual inspection (microscope, surface finish)
- Experience in a regulated environment (ISO 13485 or similar)
