Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Your Role

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, your role will be to perform routine maintenance tasks planned by your coordinator.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and modifications on aircraft, components, and fleet equipment.
• Comply with maintenance procedures and standards established in the Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM).
• Identify and report any anomalies or unperformed work to maintenance coordinators, notably via the "carry-over" process.
• Participate in correcting deficiencies and perform maintenance work while complying with safety standards for oneself, colleagues, and clients.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience;
• Proficient with computers and diagnostic tools;
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations;
• Perform tasks in accordance with aircraft specifications and maintenance manuals;
• Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status;
• Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC);
• Class 5 driver's licence.

• Good communication skills (French and English);

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently with great attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
