We are looking for:
Avionics Technician / Aircraft Electronics Technician with EASA CAT B2 (m/w/d)
for our Wittmund location
(temporarily until probably end of 2026 in Nordholz)
Your task:
As an avionics technician with a valid EASA CAT B2 license, you will play a central role in maintenance for the German Top Aces program. Your focus is on the maintenance, testing, and release of complex avionics and mission systems of our aircraft:
- Performing inspections as well as preventive and corrective maintenance on avionics and mission systems of aircraft, including V/UHF and NAV/COM systems, MFD multifunction displays, RWR radar warning receivers, repairing, installing, and modifying flight mission systems
- Troubleshooting, analyzing, and rectifying faults in electrical and electronic aircraft systems
- Repair, installation, modification, and replacement of avionics and mission systems according to maintenance documents and aviation legal requirements
- Performing calibrations, functional tests, and performance tests of avionics systems on the ground, as well as supporting system tests after maintenance measures
- Release of work within the scope of your EASA CAT B2 license, including proper technical documentation
- Ensuring that all spare parts are checked, approved, certified, and correctly documented before installation
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as an avionics technician / aircraft electronics technician
- Valid EASA CAT B2 license is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of avionics and electrical aircraft systems
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness for occasional business trips (national, international)
