Responsibilities
- Perform diagnosis, modification, and repair of systems;
- Assemble or modify a variety of electrical cables;
- Develop and interpret plans, drawings, and diagrams;
- Test wiring and make necessary modifications;
- Incorporate changes into technical drawings;
- Analyze and respond to system modification requests;
- Provide technical support to operational teams;
- Develop and keep technical documentation up to date, integrating modifications;
- Collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to coordinate corrective interventions;
- Collaborate on various innovative and stimulating projects;
- Perform any other related tasks related to avionics systems.
Requirements
- DEC in Avionics Technology;
- Hold an E license;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
- Ability to work flexible shifts (day, evening, and night);
- Good adaptability to technological changes;
- Knowledge of Transport Canada certification standards;
- You have solid technical skills in avionics diagnosis and problem-solving;
- You have an analytical ability to interpret and modify technical diagrams and plans;
- You have adaptability to constant technological changes in the aeronautical sector;
- You have organizational skills and the ability to prioritize interventions in emergency situations;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Proficiency in French, both oral and written;
- Good knowledge of English, both oral and written, to read manuals.
