Certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Multiple positions available — day or evening schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on aircraft mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems;
• Inspect, repair and replace defective or damaged components using tools, manuals, gauges and test equipment;
• Prepare technical reports;
• Verify aircraft structural and mechanical systems and ensure they meet Transport Canada and company performance and safety standards.

Required skills

• DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Aircraft Maintenance and at least 3 years of relevant experience;
• Hold an M2 licence;
• Flexible to work a rotating day schedule (5-4-4) or evening rotation (4-3);
• Valid driver's licence and passport (or able to obtain one);
• Willing to travel occasionally across Canada and internationally as operational needs require;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office;
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English to understand technical manuals.
