Nolinor is looking for a motivated and bold individual to fill the role of Certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician at our Yellowknife base. Are you passionate about aviation and committed to the proper operation of aircraft and the safety of crew and passengers? Hold on tight — this role is for you!

Competitive pay up to $57.18/h for permanent residents of Yellowknife or $49.68/h + a $5/h isolation premium for 2-week rotations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance on aircraft mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems;
  • Inspect, repair and replace defective or damaged components using tools, manuals, gauges, and test equipment;
  • Prepare technical reports;
  • Verify aircraft structural and mechanical systems and ensure they meet Transport Canada and company performance and safety standards;

Desired skills

  • DEC in Aircraft Maintenance and 2–5 years of relevant experience;
  • Possession of an M2 license;
  • B737 endorsement (asset; training can be provided by us);
  • Willingness to work a 2-week on / 2-week off rotation or to relocate permanently to Yellowknife;
  • Valid driver's license and passport (or ability to obtain one);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written) and good working knowledge of English to understand technical manuals;
