SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop your skills by performing troubleshooting of electrical systems/components, and install, modify and repair avionics on aircraft as requested by the customer, with support from experienced avionics technicians;
• Interact and work collaboratively with personnel from other trades, management and customer representatives during work execution to meet project directives;
• Participate in training courses as assigned;
• Maintain and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times;
• Assist with other related tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Working towards becoming an Avionics Technician;
• Related previous experience is an asset;
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Detail-oriented;
• Positive attitude;
• Good team spirit;
• Strong communication skills.

EDUCATION:

• Confirmed enrollment in a recognized avionics program, or equivalent, is a minimum requirement.
