SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop your skills by performing troubleshooting of electrical systems/components, and install, modify and repair avionics on aircraft as requested by the customer, with support from experienced avionics technicians;
- Interact and work collaboratively with personnel from other trades, management and customer representatives during work execution to meet project directives;
- Participate in training courses as assigned;
- Maintain and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times;
- Assist with other related tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Working towards becoming an Avionics Technician;
- Related previous experience is an asset;
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Detail-oriented;
- Positive attitude;
- Good team spirit;
- Strong communication skills.
EDUCATION:
- Confirmed enrollment in a recognized avionics program, or equivalent, is a minimum requirement.
