Description

This position is aimed at technicians looking to move to a less operational and more technical role, contributing to the preparation and support of testing activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Participate in the technical preparation of aircraft for testing
  • Analyze plans, drawings, and technical documentation
  • Support teams during modifications, installations, and testing activities
  • Contribute to the drafting and improvement of work instructions
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
  • Participate in resolving technical issues
  • Plan and implement changes in production
  • Support and optimize daily production operations

Requirements

Your profile is essential to our success

  • DEC in aircraft maintenance
  • Experience as an aircraft production technician or aircraft maintenance technician
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative, and sound technical judgment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, and Quicksilver is an asset
  • Strong ability to read drawings and understand mechanical systems
  • Interest in evolving toward a role involving technical analysis and coordination
  • Rigorous mindset and ability to work in a team
  • Bilingualism and strong organizational and communication skills are also essential
