In your functions, you will be called upon to:

Interpreting plans, specifications and technical documentation of various industrial equipment.

Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. (Lathe, milling machine, CNC machine, sheet metal equipment, heat treatment, etc.)

Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on various equipment using specialized tools.

Participating in the design, manufacturing and optimization of equipment.

Performing work both at heights (nacelle, lifting platform) and in confined spaces.

Using electric, pneumatic or manual tools, depending on the operations to be performed.

Using measuring instruments, such as a micrometer, vernier, caliper, etc.

As an ideal candidate,

DEC in Industrial Maintenance Technology or DEC in Mechanical Engineering.

Maintenance experience on production machines (an asset).

Experience in the maintenance of hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic machines (an asset).

Being comfortable working independently and demonstrating initiative.

You have very good communication skills.

You possess good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team.

Possibility of working on varied schedules 7 days a week, 24/24 hrs, depending on the collective agreement. (Day OR Evening OR Night)

A competency exam (theoretical and practical) may be required during the hiring process.
