Main Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, repair and troubleshooting of electronic/electrical systems.
- Conduct functional testing of electronic/electrical systems.
- Design, as needed, the supporting tools and equipment required to perform the work.
- Document tasks performed.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Vocational diploma (DEP), a college diploma in electronics or equivalent.
- Three years of experience in assembly, repair and troubleshooting of electronic equipment.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Familiarity with the use of various electronic tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, tester, etc.).
- Be autonomous and demonstrate flexibility.
- *Good knowledge of spoken and written English (asset).
- Available to travel occasionally outside the province.
- Communication skills that support change, problem-solving, mediation and the ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of ESD (electrostatic discharge).
Assets
- Knowledge of electromechanical systems.
- Good manual dexterity (soldering), be meticulous and have an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of programming.
