Your role
Reporting to the Maintenance Director, your role will be to perform routine maintenance tasks scheduled by your coordinator.
You will also perform post-maintenance aircraft certification and handle the rectification of defects noted during routine inspections or reported by a crew after a flight.
Requirements
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Must hold a valid Transport Canada TEA Category E licence
- Proficient with computers and diagnostic tools
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations
- Perform tasks in accordance with aircraft specifications and maintenance manuals
- Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status
- Eligible for a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) / CIZR
- Class 5 driver's licence
Your skills:
- Good communication skills (French and English)
- Reason: Signature documents are in English — procedures, specifications and technical regulations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Complete tasks accurately and efficiently with great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
