Multiple positions available! Day schedule 4-3 (4 work days, 3 days off)

ACA Development Program

At Nolinor, we are committed to developing young professionals. By joining the new ACA Development Program, you will receive a personal toolbox provided by the company valued at $5,000 and support to obtain the Transport Canada TEA accreditation in partnership with the École Nationale d'Aérotechnique.*

Responsibilities

  • Detect problems in aircraft structural systems and adjust and repair these systems in accordance with specifications, technical drawings, manuals and other applicable procedures;
  • Repair and overhaul aircraft structural systems, manufacture, assemble and machine aluminum and composite parts;
  • Perform routine maintenance and report on it;
  • Inform the supervisor of irregularities in work tasks;
  • Ensure that work is performed according to Nolinor Aviation quality standards, policies and procedures and applicable regulations;
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure work is completed according to schedule;
  • Ensure the workplace is clean and safe at all times;
  • Promote the quality management system and make improvement suggestions;
  • Adhere to and implement safety policies;
  • Collaborate on various innovative and challenging projects;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Required skills

  • You have a vocational diploma (DEP) in aerospace structural assembly and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (an asset);
  • You are able to read and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications;
  • You have mathematical knowledge and an analytical mind, as well as the ability to demonstrate precision at a high level of quality and foresight;
  • You are familiar with a variety of pneumatic, hand and sheet metal tools;
  • You have excellent judgment and strong attention to detail;
  • Fluent French, both spoken and written;
  • You are proficient in French (spoken and written) and have a good knowledge of English to understand technical manuals.
