Become an AME Program

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot aircraft structural system problems and adjust and repair these systems in accordance with specifications, technical drawings, manuals, and other current procedures;
• Repair and overhaul aircraft structural systems, manufacturing, assembly, and machining of aluminum and composite parts;
• Perform routine maintenance and report on it;
• Inform the supervisor of irregularities in work tasks;
• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with the quality standards, policies, and procedures of Nolinor Aviation and applicable regulations;
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that work is completed according to the scheduled timeline;
• Ensure that the workspace is clean and safe at all times;
• Promote the quality management system and provide suggestions for improvement;
• Adhere to and apply safety policies;
• Collaborate on various innovative and stimulating projects;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Required Skills

• You have a DEC/DEP in aerospace structure assembly and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (an asset);
• You are able to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications;
• You have mathematical knowledge and an analytical mind, as well as the ability to demonstrate precision with a high level of quality and foresight;
• You are familiar with a variety of pneumatic, manual, and sheet metal tools;
• You have excellent judgment and strong attention to detail;
• Mastery of French, both oral and written;
• You master French (oral and written) and have a good knowledge of English to understand technical manuals.
