Become ACA Program

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose issues in aircraft structural systems and adjust or repair these systems in accordance with specifications, technical drawings, manuals and other applicable procedures;
  • Repair and overhaul aircraft structural systems; fabricate, assemble and machine aluminum and composite parts;
  • Perform routine maintenance and report findings;
  • Inform the supervisor of any irregularities in work tasks;
  • Ensure work is performed according to quality standards, Nolinor Aviation policies and procedures, and applicable regulations;
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure work is completed on schedule;
  • Ensure the workplace is clean and safe at all times;
  • Promote the quality management system and propose improvements;
  • Adhere to and apply safety policies;
  • Collaborate on various innovative and challenging projects;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Required skills

You are the ideal candidate if :

  • You hold a vocational diploma (DEP) in aerospace structures assembly and possess your S licence;
  • You can read and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications;
  • You have mathematical knowledge and an analytical mindset, with the ability to demonstrate high precision and foresight;
  • You are familiar with a variety of pneumatic, hand and sheet-metal tools;
  • You have excellent judgment and strong attention to detail;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • French language skills are an asset.
