Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues in aircraft structural systems and adjust or repair these systems in accordance with specifications, technical drawings, manuals and other applicable procedures;
- Repair and overhaul aircraft structural systems; fabricate, assemble and machine aluminum and composite parts;
- Perform routine maintenance and report findings;
- Inform the supervisor of any irregularities in work tasks;
- Ensure work is performed according to quality standards, Nolinor Aviation policies and procedures, and applicable regulations;
- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure work is completed on schedule;
- Ensure the workplace is clean and safe at all times;
- Promote the quality management system and propose improvements;
- Adhere to and apply safety policies;
- Collaborate on various innovative and challenging projects;
- Perform any other related duties.
Required skills
You are the ideal candidate if :
- You hold a vocational diploma (DEP) in aerospace structures assembly and possess your S licence;
- You can read and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications;
- You have mathematical knowledge and an analytical mindset, with the ability to demonstrate high precision and foresight;
- You are familiar with a variety of pneumatic, hand and sheet-metal tools;
- You have excellent judgment and strong attention to detail;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- French language skills are an asset.
