Your Role
Reporting to the maintenance manager, your role will be to perform routine maintenance tasks planned by your coordinator.
Depending on your qualifications, you may perform post-maintenance aircraft certification and take charge of rectifying defects noted during routine inspections or reported by a flight crew after a flight.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, overhauls, and modifications on aircraft, their components, equipment, and structures.
- Carry out structural inspections to identify damage, cracks, corrosion, deformations, and other anomalies.
- Perform repairs, modifications, assemblies, adjustments, drilling, and riveting of structural components in accordance with approved technical data.
- Participate in rectifying deficiencies identified during inspections or reported by crews.
- Perform maintenance work in accordance with the Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM), company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform, when required and according to held authorizations, the certification of work performed and complete regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate with various maintenance teams and provide support according to operational needs.
- Perform any other related task assigned by the maintenance team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations;
- S License (an asset);
- Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status;
- Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC);
- Class 5 driver's licence.

- Excellent manual dexterity;
- Good communication skills (French and English);
- Reason: Post-maintenance certification documents in English: Procedures, specifications, and technical regulations are in English;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work under pressure, good stress management;
- Demonstrate flexibility based on operational needs;
- Good adaptability, organizational skills, attention to detail.
