Responsibilities

• Repair and overhaul airframe components in accordance with technical manuals (SRM, CMM, AMM, etc.);
• Meticulously read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions;
• Follow M1 manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance;
• Inspect parts for damage and discrepancies;
• Identify parts, raw materials, and hardware required to perform repairs;
• Report all non-conformities to the quality department and ensure proper disposition;
• Work closely with colleagues, team leader, and supervisor to ensure units are completed on time according to the schedule;
• Document the completion of inspections and tasks, materials and equipment used, and sign/stamp all your work;
• Be a role model for safety and cleanliness in your work area.

Profile

• College diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent;
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience;
• Experience working with SRMs and MMTs on composite and/or sheet metal structures;
• Precision, dexterity, and quality in your work;
• Initiative and a sense of responsibility;
• Teamwork and flexibility;
• Mandatory French, English is an asset
