Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for the inspection and maintenance of Air Transat aircraft

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain aircraft engines and systems to keep the aircraft in airworthy condition,
• Ensure that maintenance and repairs comply with Transport Canada standards,
• Ensure that maintenance and repairs comply with company directives.

Qualifications

• Possess a Transport Canada 'M' license,
• Five (5) years of experience in aircraft maintenance (Transport Canada certified),
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DA and CIZR card, essential,
• A330 and/or A320 family certification, required,
• Working in the fuel tank will be a mandatory requirement upon completion of confined space training,
• Working at height will be a mandatory requirement upon completion of appropriate training,
• Experience working on the ramp, an asset,
• You like teamwork,
• You are resourceful and autonomous.

Additional Information

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will need to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
