Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for the inspection and maintenance of Air Transat aircraft.

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain aircraft engines and systems to keep aircraft in airworthy condition,
  • Ensure that maintenance and repairs comply with Transport Canada standards,
  • Ensure that maintenance and repairs comply with company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Transport Canada 'M' licence,
  • Five (5) years of aircraft maintenance experience (Transport Canada certified),
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a RAIC and a restricted area identity card (RAIC), essential,
  • A330 and/or A320 family certification, required,
  • Working in the fuel tank will be a mandatory requirement upon completion of confined space training,
  • Working at heights will be a mandatory requirement upon completion of appropriate training,
  • Ramp work experience, an asset,
  • You enjoy teamwork,
  • You are resourceful and autonomous.

Additional Information

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
