Job Description

In collaboration with the Chief Accountant, the incumbent is responsible for producing payments to suppliers and tour operators, reconciling commissions, and providing quality support to corporate agencies as well as operational teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce and process payments to various suppliers and tour operators;
  • Reconcile commission payments;
  • Provide support to corporate agencies and operational agents;
  • Analyze and follow up on corporate agency travel files;
  • Reconcile tour operator statements;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment and reconciliation processes.

Qualifications

  • Diploma of Professional Studies (DEP) in accounting or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience;
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in accounting, ideally in the travel industry or a similar environment;
  • Rigor, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and comfort with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot);
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies (SAP and PC Voyages are assets);
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English *

A good command of French is required for positions offered in Quebec. The incumbent will need to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
