Premier Aviation is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join its team in Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB).


We are a leading full-service provider of airframe heavy maintenance, certified to maintain various aircraft types, including ATR, De Havilland, and Embraer.

The Quality Assurance Inspector ensures compliance with aviation regulations and standards (Transport Canada, FAA, and EASA), as well as company-specific procedures and customer requirements.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Salary: Starting at $38/hour

Responsabilities

-      Ensure that reports, records, and documentation comply with Canadian aviation regulations, internal policies and procedures, and customer requirements

-      Act as a resource person for the interpretation and understanding of regulations, the Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM), and maintenance requirements by providing clear guidance to relevant teams

-      Conduct internal audits related to maintenance procedures and operational safety

-      Collaborate with other departments to improve procedures and work instructions in accordance with Quality Department standards

Candidate Profile

-      Minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) with E, M, or S certification

-      Auditor training or quality assurance experience (an asset)

-      Knowledge of Canadian aviation regulations and standards

-      Proficiency in English (the reference language for aviation documentation and procedures)

-      Excellent communication and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail Strong organizational and prioritization skills

-      Good judgment

-      Team-oriented mindset
