Roles & Responsibilities of the Industrial Electronics Technician

• Ensure proper operation of production equipment, diagnose faults, and implement the necessary modifications.
• Participate in the process of improving technical processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production team members.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Also perform calibration on measuring equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
• Located in an enchanting environment in Bromont (1 hour from Montreal).

Required Skills

• DEC or AEC in electronics, instrumentation & control.
• Have 1 year or more of experience in a manufacturing setting in a maintenance role requiring the use of automated precision equipment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, accountability, and engagement, with a drive to self-learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy, flexibility, initiative, availability, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
