Job Description

In collaboration with the Treasury Manager, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the daily financial operations of the corporate agency network.

  • Prepare, upload and monitor payments and bank transfers;
  • Monitor transactions, control cash inflows and outflows (deposits, disbursements, inter-company transfers)
  • Provide proof of payments to the Payables and Internal Audit departments;
  • Verify and reconcile deposits;
  • Update the weekly cash flow;
  • Enter various accounting entries in SAP;
  • Reconcile several banks and banking processors;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and ensure effective communication with other departments;
  • Maintain good documentation for all accounting and financial processes;
  • Perform any other related task.

Qualifications

  • DEC in administration or accounting, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of Excel software.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Consul PC or PC Voyages (an asset).
  • Good work organization.
  • Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written*

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The person in this position will frequently communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.

2 positions available: 12 months and 6 months.
