Job Description
In collaboration with the Treasury Manager, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the daily financial operations of the corporate agency network.
- Prepare, upload, and track payments and bank transfers;
- Monitor transactions, control cash inflows and outflows (deposits, disbursements, intercompany transfers);
- Provide proof of payments to the Accounts Payable and Internal Audit departments;
- Verify and reconcile deposits;
- Update the weekly cash flow;
- Perform various accounting entries in SAP;
- Perform reconciliation of multiple banks and banking processors;
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure effective communication with other departments;
- Maintain good documentation for all accounting and financial processes;
- Perform any other related task.
Qualifications
- DEC in administration or accounting, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel software.
- Knowledge of SAP, Consul PC, or PC Voyages (an asset).
- Good work organization.
- Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written*
*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.

2 positions available: 12 months and 6 months.
